You will find below the General Conditions for provision of the premises and associated services at Place Key75 as well as the Internal Regulations specifying the practical arrangements for operating the premises, both are liable and engage you to take care of the space and its content. We will invite you to read and sign those electronically. In specific cases a written agreement might be proposed to you.
General Conditions
To have access to the premises provided and associated services you have chosen, once an agreement reached you need to accept the present General Conditions as well as the Internal Regulations, as usual, this has implications for both you, the customer, and us, the service provider. You are invited to read the documents carefully before accepting them, acceptance constitutes a signature and engagement.
You can benefit from equipment and services provided such as provision of meeting rooms, office furniture, printer-scanner equipment, beamer, paper board, other might be possible after agreement.
You will accept obligations and compliance with Internal Regulations. Sanctions in the event of violation or damage (financial compensation requested if damages; in some cases, a deposit will be requested; see under INSURANCE) may apply.
Internal Regulations of meeting spaces set common rules for all participants and visitors. It includes information on opening hours, visitor access, closing doors to private areas, and people to contact in the event of a problem.
In some specific cases a service agreement for the provision of premises or offices which sets the legal framework for the relationship between you and us will be send to you as appropriate.
The agreement for the provision of premises or offices formalises the commitment of the two parties as well as the terms of provision of the premises, it aims at providing parties with legal certainty. You must therefore read the document with particular care before signing.
If applicable, a separate service agreement for the provision of services of advice and/or training sets the legal framework for the relationship between a customer and the service provider.
You and all participants to your work or meeting are required to respect the Internal Regulations. It is reminded that you are each responsible for your personal property (i.e. laptop) and your civil liability.
Insurance
By accepting the offer, you sign up PLACE KEY75 General Conditions for the provision of its premises and you agree to comply with its Internal Regulations.
In the event of non-compliance, or if by accident or carelessness you damage an object, you will be held responsible. You undertake to immediately inform us. We will be obliged to demand reimbursement of the objects or of their repair. You engage to restore the damaged property, either through your liability insurance or by amicable settlement with the agreement of all parties involved.
You are responsible for your personal property (i.e. laptop) and your civil liability.
We decline all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to your personal property during the occupation of our offices.
On our side, we have subscribed a corporate liability insurance with Belfius, for your information.
